Changes … Monday Motivation!

Is it easy to make small change?

Small Change

If Friday became Monday, would our views about Friday or Monday change? In life, we face with many choices on a daily basis, and we make decisions by our actions (or inactions).  We challenge our belief in our abilities and confidence to take responsibility for our decisions. Many times we make changes without realising it because we have a clear picture of where we are going and how we are going to get there. Stumbling blocks are merely stepping stones and we keep moving forward. On the treadmill of life, we get up and we get going because our survival depends on it. We find different ways to motivate ourselves. We develop a routine that works and we make the best of life.

Major Change?

Inevitably, life has its ups and down, and we become conscious of the need to make changes. some minor and some major. As hard as we try we resist the changes, we become overwhelmed and turn our stepping stones into stumbling blocks. Whether we come across pebbles or rocks, we need to use them as building blocks. When we sit to eat, we sometimes bite off more than we can chew: we exert more effort and eventually we will finish the meal.

Motivation Matters

There are many choice dishes we would prefer to have, but most times we must have what is on our plate. Not every day is a Monday and not everyday is a Friday. Be motivated and keep moving. Start small, amaze yourself as you engage in life changing experiences.
